On April 5, 2023, the office of the presidential candidate Lumír Láska - Buddha Maitreya, who is the only presidential candidate who has the restoration of Czechoslovakia in his program, sent a notice to the United Nations that the rights of individuals are being violated in the Czech Republic with the assistance of the state system, which can be regarded as a possible cause of civil war. Dear Friends of Worldwide Peace,
Dear UN-Team,
I hereby ask for your attention,
allow us first to express our profound esteem and respect for all your contributions which you carry out with motivation, which is in the interest of all other beings.
We see your organization as an equal partner, which, like the esteemed Mr. Lumír Láska, is dedicated to activities that are in the interest of Global Peace. We appreciate your work, involvement and support in peace issues and understand how difficult your role in society is.
I believe that this fact, information, and reality should not escape your attention as representatives and supporters of Worldwide Peace:
Esteemed Mr. Lumíra Láska, Ambassador for Worldwide Peace, candidate for the presidency of the Czech Republic, who has been and is constantly subjected to psychological pressure, threats of physical destruction and subsequent murder of his person and his loved ones by a terrorist organization that abuses the governmental power of the Czech Republic for these unethical acts, that that Mr. Láska was forced to leave his homeland.
Violation of individual rights in any state means a state of civil war. If an individual is persecuted by the government in his own state, he needs help, and external help.
We perceive that this is no longer a matter for the Czech Republic, it is a topic that the whole world needs to open up, a topic that is suppressed, a taboo topic that is not talked about. If it is the state forces that commit crimes against their citizens, they naturally contribute to the outbreak of civil wars, discontent that has a direct impact on international wars. So, whether you want to admit it or not, in the end it is a matter for the Whole World - for all of us.
This state of persecution of Mr. Láska by the government, i.e. the state of civil war, began already in 2019, when they learned that Mr. Láska intended to run for office, and so the government's intention was to discourage Mr. Láska from running for the post of president of the Czech Republic through the threat of physical liquidation.
We perceive that any situation, in any country, in any community, where injustice is happening and where power games are being played, should be taken seriously, should be addressed by society, and brought to Light, to the Judgment of God.
Mr. Lumír Láska was not and is not the only one who is facing this pressure from the state authorities, and the rights of the individual Mr. Karel Janeček have been violated as well. Although he fulfilled the conditions for running for President of the Czech Republic 2023 in terms of the number of signatures, he was not allowed to vote. Mr. Janeček has publicly stated that we do not live in a state governed by the rule of law and he is the only candidate for President of the Czech Republic whose election programme includes the restoration of Czechoslovakia, so his interest in uniting and bringing states together is an intention which, we believe, is not in the interests of beings who are part of terrorist organisations.
Your actions promise peaceful solutions at the level of international relations and the dispersal of possible misunderstandings, so we appeal to you for support in the matter of Mr. Lumír Lásky - a human being whose home is Mother Earth.
On the basis of the documents below, which demonstrate the above abuses of state power against its own citizens, WE ASK FOR YOUR ADVICE AS TO WHETHER HUMANITARIAN AID OR ASSISTANCE FROM YOUR PEACEKEEPING TROOPS IS POSSIBLE. We apologize that at the moment, due to the criticality and urgency of this situation, we cannot send you these documents in English. We hereby request you, in your interest and in the interest of all beings, to translate these documents without delay.

On 23.7.2022, Mr. Lumír Láska, the Awakened One, who claims to be Buddha Maitreya – the last Buddha of this age, announced his candidacy for the presidential election in one of the states on Planet Mother Earth, in the Czech Republic, whose election program calls for WORLDWIDE PEACE.

A CHALLENGE FOR WORLDWIDE PEACE
Every being who is subject to Unknowledge (that is, the absence of the Knowledge of the Buddhas is subject to the tendencies of Envy and Jealousy. Such a being who is subject to the tendencies of Envy and Jealousy is subject to the tendencies of Greed. Such a being who is subject to the inclinations of Greed is subject to the inclinations of Hatred, which he carries in his HEART just by virtue of his own subjective Unknowledge (that is KARMA). Such a being, who carries Hate in his HEART, is subject to tendencies to start, conduct and maintain conflicts at the level of family, neighbourhood, national and international relations. Mr. Lumír Láska announced his candidacy for the presidency of the Czech Republic in order to make available and mediate to all beings without distinction the FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE that leads to the END OF SUBJECTIVE CONFLICTS in every single being, in order to make available to every single being the possibility of ABSOLUTE FREEDOM, in order to enable each of the beings to end the recurrent reincarnation here on Mother Earth.
Mr. Lumír Láska explains to us with great effort that there is an PLANET-WIDE AWAKENING, and he explains to us with great effort that GLOBAL VIOLENCE is related to UNKNOWLEDGE at the level of individuals and subjectivities, which due to the absence of KNOWLEDGE OF THE BUDDHAS, i.e., due to the absence of the impossibility of stepping out of the reincarnation cycle of the birth-death-samsara wheel, manifest externally at the level of conflicts, namely at the level of family relations, neighbourhood relations, state and international relations. From this perspective, HE GIVES US THE ANSWERS FOR WORLDWIDE PEACE.
At the same time, we are very pleased to share with you that Mr. Láska's office has informed SIPRI - an independent international institute dedicated to research into conflict, armaments, arms control and disarmament, the BRICS countries - an association of emerging economies; Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, all European governments,
ALL THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE WORLD, the entire backbone of secular power, the entire governmental backbone of the world, all the governments of all nations, all the global press, the various universities and all the intelligences of the world about his CHALLENGE TO WORLDWIDE PEACE.
Mr. Láska´´´ s CHALLENGE TO WORLDWIDE PEACE is already known internationally, and which is being debated at international level.
